We will be celebrating in 404 on Friday, October 30!  We will be watching a movie with the other fourth grade classrooms in the afternoon.  Students can also bring in wrapped treats for the class if they wish.  Regular school uniforms should be worn on Friday.

Reading Logs are not due on Monday.  We are going to start doing the Pizza Hut Program where they still have to read 100 minutes per week, signed by a parent, but they don't have to write responses. 

Social Studies:  A study guide was sent home for the students.  this is not mandatory, but if they do choose to do it, it will prepare them well for the test.  I will correct them on Monday and Wednesday will be the test.

Study for weekly tests:

Reading:  Test on Justin and the Best Biscuit -- study vocabulary cards, comprehension, and making predictions

Spelling: Test on words with syllable patterns

Grammar:  Morning Jumpstart -- study sheet and common and proper nouns -- be able to tell which nouns are common and which are proper.

Math:  Multiplication worksheet

Social Studies:  Northeast States project due 11/6.

Spelling:  Page 27 and write each word spelling incorrectly on the pretest 3x each.  Staple the pretest to the 3x each.

Grammar:  Page 29 #1-5 only

Math:  Math multiplication sheet and Study for test tomorrow.  Use study guide given to you on Friday.  Test will be the same format.

Timed test in Math on Thursday.  We have one person on 7's already.  Congratulations Kirsten Stanislawski!!  Great work.
