I can't believe this year is almost over. It has flown by so quickly. Here are some things to keep you on track and up to date for the next two weeks:
Monday, June 7: Social Studies Board Game Project Due and Math Morning Work Quiz
Tuesday June 8: Math test on money -- how to count money and make change
Thursday, June 10: Last Spelling, Reading and Grammar Tests
Thursday, June 10: Awards Day
Friday, June 11: Hot Dog Day. You can dress casual but please dress appropriately. REMINDER: If you have not paid your fees, you will be inside the auditorium for Hot Dog Day.
Monday, June 14, 2010: Class spelling bee (possibly against Ms. Wagner's class)
Tuesday, June 15, 2010: Cleaning Day: Please bring in a rag or sponge and something to carry your things home in.
Wednesday, June 16: Classroom celebration and movie day.
Thursday, June 17: No school for students.
Friday, June 18: Last day, get report cards and dismissal at 10:00.
In addition, we will be having year-end assessments to see what you have learned. These will be helpful in telling what you might need to work on over the summer to ensure you are ready for 5th grade.
