Clissold's Vision and Mission

Vision: The vision of Clissold School is to provide a quality educational program where each student will be encouraged to reach his or her own potential. Our goal is to develop a self-disciplined person who is able to think critically, is confident about making decisions, who will assume responsibility for decisions and actions, and who will recognize his or her place in the global community.

Mission: Our mission, at Clissold School is to utilize the resources and talents of our staff, parents, and community to implement an educational program that stresses academic excellence and which emphasizes a quality reading and literacy program that is intertwined throughout the content areas.

6:45pm – 7:15pm 

·        K – 5 Session 1 in student classrooms

·        Gr. 6 Session One in the library (second floor)

·        Grades 7 and 8 Session One in the auditorium

7:25pm – 7:55pm

• K – 5 Session Two in student classrooms
• Gr. 6 Session Two in the library (second floor)
• Grades 7 and 8 Session Two in the auditorium

Goals: 

1: To get better acquainted with your child’s teachers and

    other school personnel

2: To review curriculum and discipline procedures as well as

    other school policies and expectations

3: To clarify CPS Promotion Requirements

4: To join together as a united Clissold community, moving

    forward to increased achievement
