Dear Parents,

Now that Parent Portal is up and running, many parents are sending teachers notes through Parent Portal. However, the program does not notify teachers that parents have sent them notes and teachers do not know that you have tried to communicate with them. Because of this, we are asking parents not to use the note to teacher program in Parent Portal. To communicate with your child's teacher, please send the teacher an e-mail. E-mail addresses can be found under Staff Directory on this website.

Here is the '09/10 gym schedule for Boys' Basketball and Girls' Volleyball.   

Technology is coming to Clissold and we need your help to make our soon-to-arrive Computer Lab ready to go!  

We need Clissold families to reach out to your friends, family and co-workers to raise funds through Innisbrook.  It is easy to do and Clissold receives 50% of the profits!!  Our target deadline is October 30th but we will accept orders for a short time after the deadline.

Packets and Catalogues were sent home last week with students but you can order even if you can't find the catalogue!!!  It is EZ to do

1. Go to www.innisbrook.com
2. Click on the EZ button and follow the simple steps
3. Enter our school number:  107478
4. Create an account
5. Enter the orders and submit
6. Print the invoice
7. Send the invoice along with a check made out to Clissold School and we will do the rest!!

No computer?  Send in the order form along with a check made out to Clissold School and we will enter your order for you.

Please join us on Thursday night, September 24th, to meet your child's teacher and learn how you can support your child's success for the current school year.  

We will have brief presentations by the Ms Grason, the PTA, and the LSC in the auditorium.  That will be followed with two separate sessions for parents to hear presentations by your child's teacher about the curriculum, procedures, and expectations for that classroom.  The Sixth grade team will present in the Library and the 7th/8th grade team will present in the Auditorium.  The remaining grade levels will have individual presentations in the classrooms.

We are requesting that children not attend this event so that we can maximize the limited amount of time for each session.  Thank you for your cooperation.
